Sam at Tydal was great at promptly helping me verify my account and get what I needed set up! Very efficient customer support, no waiting around or left hanging, and I love the ease of use of Tydal. Its EXACTLY what I was looking for for ratings and reviews, where I could send an email to my customers instead of all other apps that just install a widget on the website to collect ratings and reviews, which could be a bunch of haters or competitors making up fake names to try to make the brand look bad. Tydal is easy to install and setup, and its FREE!!!!

Honestly, i think i'm in love! having had so many issues with apps like Judge.me trying to get them to do half these things, setting up workflows but them blocking everything behind a payment gateway, then coming to Tydal is so incredibly refreshing! everything just works! It even generates unique discount codes for customer reviews! honestly I am in awe of this app! And the customer service, oh damn! shopify could really learn a lot from Adrian's customer service, it was amazing! nothing was to hard to fix, everything was easily explained, this person is an absolute champion of cs and cx, hats off! will deff use more apps from Tydal as my first port of call in future

I got in touch with the developers as I was hoping to make some tweaks to how the reviews are displayed on my site to remove a few elements. I don't have an experience with the app yet, I just installed it yesterday. So far it is ok, easy to install and configure. I hope in the future I won't have any surprises :-)

We use Tydal reviews on our websites Flag Patch Shop, World Flags Direct, and World Flag Pins, and it's been a really helpful app for all of them! I can't figure out how to work the review import mechanism myself (it keeps saying my files are the wrong format even though I think I'm following the instructions) but Tydal customer service has been importing my files for me when I ask. Update: figured out how to work the review mechanic! It's incompatible with Firefox, but works in Google Chrome.

I really appreaciate the ease of use (so far, as I haven't finished setting up the app), the swift support response, and the friendly and fun tone Sam used.
