Sam was very helpful with whatever i needed to do. The help I received was very very quick, in under 30 seconds he was able to solve my problems. As for the app, it's super user friendly and very easy to set up. Also, it helps in increasing traffic on your website. i'd give it 10 stars !!!

App is not working or doing the one objective it's meant to do! i installed the app as per the recommendation of other people to collect reviews for my store, but my experience has been nothing but a complete disappointment. since the beginning it has not sent one single request to any of my customers. I reached to their support in order to fix it, and my case has been just getting escalated to a different team, but non of the less, with no fix or solution or even a timeframe when this can be sorted out. this has done nothing so far except wasting time and effort, and instead of building up and having already collected reviews for the store, i have to start over by searching for another app that can really do its job.

I am still testing this app, and it works well overall. I did encounter some issues, but the customer service was very helpful and resolved them quickly. Thanks Sam and Jamie.
