I had trouble setting up and synching order and product data with Quickbooks Online, but CLARISSE from the online chat helped me. The software isn't as intuitive (pun intended) as i'd have liked, but having very good customer service to help get you going is so helpful.

New to the app but seems to do what I need it to. What I'm most impressed with is so far the customer service team has been wonderful. I've contacted them twice and both times they have been quick to respond and extremely helpful! Thanks so much Sherwin!

Ben was really helpful! I had many questions on how to configure the sync and he was able to answer all of them. He also helped me troubleshoot errors and I was able to fix them in no time! I'm only giving 4 stars because I find the available documentation is not detailed enough, but my experience with Ben was very positive.

This program is essential for all small businesses. Their support is way above the competitions. Sherwin was extremely helpful in not only resolving my issues, but also explaining the process so that I understood what settings I needed to properly sync my data.

The best connector hands-down. Everything can be configured and they have outstanding live chat support with a thoroughly extensive knowledge of any issue you might have. Clarisse helped us configure the app to support quite a complex operation very quickly.

The integration between Shopify and QBO works as expected. You do, however, need to be careful on setting up the filter on manage connection on what data to transfer and what not. Just make sure you don't have double booking when reconciling your QBO and bank statement.

I was really struggling with setting up my QB account and received tech support from Nick. Not only was he friendly but insanely helpful. I honestly would not have been able to set this up correctly without him. It is not often as a small business you have help but it is sometimes essential. He was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me link shopify to QB and to import the information in the correct way (without duplicates) from Shopify to QuickBooks. Highly recommend Nick!

The first day I started using QB I was thinking this will be complicated but after a few days I was using it with no problems, today I was going for the next step: the connection between My Shopify and QB and I was terrify because i couldn't find where to start and I started a Chat with support and Sherwin started to answer all my questions and giving me the right directions I was getting more confident with the process.
