(We have tested the app on our Dev store, so it will not show any usage time) I have explored and tested more than 10 personalizers including customily, teeinblue, and etc, and his app is the one! It is the only service that has provided the necessary functions and services with a superb customer service. You can get output file in various formats such as svg or pdf vector. And the setup for the customization itself is very intuitive and easy. You just need to link the preexisting product and put extra customization options to it. Lastly you dont need to activate the editor for the customization itself too like what other services usually do (with some ugly UIs and limited options...). I am using this app over 3 years now and I love it! It's also easy to use if you're not tech type :) You can easily reach their customer support through the chat and they are very polite and help you with whatever problem you have. Highly recommend!

I used a less expensive personalizer app previously and switched to this one when it caused all kinds of issues with my store. I should've made the leap sooner! This is by far, one of the best apps I've ever used. There was a steep learning curve - thankfully, customer service was very kind and helpful - and I bothered them multiple times a day for a full week while I figured out all the settings. Don't be me; don't spend a year trying to make a "cheaper" option work - invest in this one from the start!

I can't live without it. It fixes a lot of issues that are missing from Shopify and makes selling furniture so much easier.

In general, the app preforms very well and we like the preview aspect on our product pages. Customer service has been fast and responsive to our needs. We had a small issue, and the team at Zepto was able to resolve it for us lightning-fast.

This app has great functionality and support and is able to do some more complicated setups than other apps I tried.
