Comma-delimited files are a disaster for a personalization app. We've been using this for nearly 3 years and they still have not fixed this. We use it for embroidery. Of course, most customers add their credentials like "Jane Doe, PhD". But the downloadable CSV file defaults to comma-delimted, so this line of text shows up in 2 cells and eliminates the comma. That makes us manually correct each file before sending it to an embroidery machine and makes it impossible to automate by extracting that data. The other big issue is that there's no way to access the files in an automated way. You MUST have Shopify app access, navigate to the app, and download the ZIP files, then extract them locally, then upload them to a shared drive. So even if we could automate the step above, we would still have to have a team member perform this manual action every time. It does nicely display the selected options in the order details, however my other nitpick is there's no way to access these details in Shopify Flow or any other Shopify function. So again, it can't be automated. The app itself has lots of options and lets you do almost everything. It's a bit clunky in the UI but that's to be expected for the functionality. I just can't give it 5 stars when the data extraction is so limited and I have to spend more money per week paying VAs to extract files than I pay them monthly for the app.

Bom, mas reduz a velocidade da pagina do produto e contem alguns bugs, nomeadamente na transição de imagens e no botão checkout rápido. Tem de melhorar esses aspetos.
