Perfect for Small Businesses – So Easy to Use! I'm a small business owner (thepaperboatshop.com) and this is my first time using Shopify, so I was a bit nervous about setting everything up. Zepto's Product Personalization app has made the whole process incredibly easy. The interface is super intuitive, and it was simple to get up and running. We have been happy with the app for about a year now. We had some issues with adding the app to our new, updated theme and the support team fixed it quickly for us. They are very responsive and helpful.

I think the app has great potential but I have been ubable to get an answer from the customer support in about 10 days time and there is little information on how the app works. I will look for another app to use for now.

They responded to my questions in a timely manner and with instructions that were personalized and easy to follow. They created instructional videos, using my products and specific to my challenge, that were extremely helpful. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
