Arbitrary, Discriminatory, and Ideologically Driven Policy I was shocked to see that this app refuses service to stores selling wine, lumping it into the same category as gambling, weapons, and criminal activities. This is not a business decision, it’s an ideological one, as their Terms of Service even ban anything in “sharp conflict with religions.” This raises serious concerns about how much personal beliefs influence their policies. If you sell legal products like wine, be aware that you will be banned, even though many far more questionable products are accepted without issue. A business should be based on logic, not moral policing. I do not recommend this app for anyone looking for fair and consistent service.

I have just installed the Notify app to use for taking preorder. I wasn't able to adjust the rollover state on the button so I jumped on the chat and was connected with the awesome Pearl who jumped in and sorted it out for me within minutes. Great customer service to help us non technical folk!

Iv used this app in the past to try out. I recently decided to use it again because the app works exactly for the needs i had, and does everything it advertises. They currently have a sale and i had some questions, and sent a chat. I was expecting to receive an email back as it’s 10 pm at night, but i was greeted with an actual human for customer support. Pearl was my customer service agent and she took the time to answer all my questions as well as help me diagnose the issues i had. It’s refreshing to have quality customer service that isn’t AI or a bot, let alone someone who genuinely cares for the customer.
