Unfassbar guter & freundlicher Kundensupport! Bei Installation der App kam der Customer Support direkt per Chat auf mich zu und fragte mich ob er unterstützen kann. Die zuständige Kundenberaterin Sam hat sich sehr dafür eingesetzt, dass alle meine Designanpassungen, trotz Limitierung durch das Abo-Modell umgesetzt wurden. Sie gab mir sogar kostenfreie Möglichkeit ein Feature zu upgraden, das in unserem Modell gar nicht enthalten war. Die Kommunikation lief super freundlich und umgänglich ab. Alle Themen wurden innerhalb von kürzester Zeit gelöst und umgesetzt! Kurz um: Eine super Erfahrung! Danke für deinen Support, Sam!

This is the only app that did not cause issues with our store. Other apps caused functionality issue like items not being added to cart and so but not this. The support person, Pearl, was friendly, quick and considerate in helping me make some customisations as well. Although plan prices can be better but I think it is a great app! Thank you.

We pay for the Pro subscription, yet without any warning, our ability to send SMS notifications and use other crucial features was blocked. We were in the middle of preparing a restock campaign for a highly anticipated product, and now we can’t send notifications to our customers due to an error caused by the app. We reported the problem to support – instead of real, immediate help from a person, we were forced to interact with an unhelpful bot. Eventually, we were told we have to wait 24 hours for the technical team to respond. The only explanation provided was that ‘this might be a bug caused by the release of annual plans.’ During this waiting period, our company is losing money – we have an active social media campaign generating traffic, with all notifications ready to go out, but we can’t send them. You simply can’t rely on this app during critical moments for your store. Because of this incident, I’ll be forced to look for an alternative solution, as this situation is unacceptable and cannot happen again. I absolutely do not recommend this app – we lost time, money, and customer trust because of this issue.

Product page made no mention of a 3% fee on pre-orders. We removed our previous tech before installing this one (our mistake!) based on the many positive reviews, only to see we must pay a very hefty monthly fee to get the fees down to 2 or 1% on pre-orders. Misleading product page.

Absolutely Outstanding Support from Grace! I reached out for help with customising our "Sold Out" button to show “Low Stock – Enquire Now” and trigger a popup for customer enquiries — and Grace completely nailed it. Not only did she immediately understand our requirements, but she also actioned everything swiftly, clearly, and with the most delightful attitude. The button now works exactly as we envisioned, and she explained every step, including what features were in use and which to avoid (like Pre-Order).
