It's easy to set up and use, and so far, a good simple waitlist functionality. There were issues getting our button to display that required their support team to jump in, however they were very fast and helpful! Miles from customer support was quick and immediately available despite it being evening my local time.

A bit of a rip off. We only send a few notifications, but because we have a high number of 'potential' alerts, we are charged for that. Whilst the notification system is good, I don't require any of the pre order stuff. So, it would be better to have two seperate apps than two rolled in to one.

The customer service staff, Emma, was great and very patient. She resolved all the problems I had. The app could be better if you improved the export section. I have to export all the data for the last 3 years, even though I only need data for the last month. I hope it works better in the future.
