We had to install Notify! after the previous BackInStock app was deprecated without notice. Mason was instantly helpful with the installation and also with customising certain design elements of the notification and emails. Super happy with the level of customer service - shows the team really want the app to work for their customers. Highly recommend the app to others. Thanks for your help Notify! & Mason.

Nilou was a great help to me today. I really like the way this app works. It has helped me keep track of restocking and although at times there are small glitches it seems that they have a great support team in place to help resolve issues. I have always had great experiences from the team. Definitely worth trying to see how helpful it can be.

WOW - WOW - WOW – Exceptional Service from Sam! I just have to say, the customer service I received from Sam at Notify Me was outstanding! It’s rare to experience someone so willing to help these days, but Sam went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. Great customer service. Always answer fast when we have an issue. Great app to not loose sales from out of stock product that will get back in stock. Also with the great dashboard, we can easily see where there is some products that we should produce again.
