The app is great, but above all I've never seen a customer support so pro-active. Anything you ask they can do it. Even Apple doesn't have that kind of amazing support. Thanks team @ParcelPanel!

We recently started using Parcel Panel. We primarily use Royal Mail & DHL for shipping. The Royal Mail API is less than perfect and resulted in some teething problems but Parcel Panel support dealt with both problems within hours. Useful app and fantastic customer service – happy to recommend.

I have known Parcel Panel for a long time and always use it in all my shops. It is an excellent application and the customer service is fast and friendly.

so far so good. repsonsive support. Some Tracking numbers dont match to carriers correctly however the support do correct these types of issues as soon as they are made aware.
