BE AWARE - they don't disclose this before installing the app. "Kindly note that as of now, the Omnisend logo can only be removed from your Forms and Campaigns if you are subscribed to one of our paid plans, either the Standard or Pro plan." I could maybe go with Omnisend logos showing up on the bottom of an email, but not on a sign-up popup! That makes the free plan pretty much useless. Also, they failed with the first try of communication. After a long wait, I received a quick reply that didn't address all my questions, and then they just stopped responding altogether. I spent an entire day trying to figure out how this app works, but at least I discovered these issues early, giving me the chance to switch to a different app. It makes me wonder, how can you build a business with this kind of customer treatment?

This app is easy to use and has a lot of templates available in it. What's interesting is the ability to adjust your user segmentation to any situation, delivering the content you want to communicate precisely to the users you want to receive it. The data is also very clear and easy to organize. I am thankful to Omnisent's customer service team, Baarath as well as the rest of the guys were very patient in answering all my questions and solving my confusion on customer segmentation. You all are great!

As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past three months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far.

We switched from another platform and immediately saw the difference in ease of use and results. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to design and schedule campaigns. No hidden costs for basic functionality (like other apps). The support team has been very responsive, providing helpful guidance whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, Omnisend has been great. We’ve recently switched to the first paid tier and we are happy with the offering although ideally it could include more contacts. Highly recommend it to any e-commerce business looking to streamline their email marketing!
