The app and layout is very well organized with a clean interface and their chat support is quick to respond with helpful advice and great articles to do a deeper dive into best practices. We are very pleased with the metrics from our emails and the signup from variety that can be added to the website. Omnisend has been a great choice.

Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future. It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things. Amazing app! Everything just works perfectly, you get access to all features on the Free Plan (<500 emails sent/month), not like many apps there that are technically free but you need to upgrade to be able to do the simplest thing. Customer support is amazing, they reply within 5-10min and their support is 5/5. Will definitely upgrade to the Paid plan once I reach the Free Plan limits.
