I have been very impressed with the service received by the Omnisend team. They are knowledgeable and quick to sort out any problem. I am not very technical and found them really supportive and helpful. I trusted they would be able to help me and they did. Thanks to Johnny but there were others that were equally great!

I love omnisend. I've tried other email services and prefer Omnisend to them all. Their interface is easy to understand and there's not much you can't do. Their customer service is also excellent.

Great support - didn't need it for any issue with the software just to check over an automation I had setup to make sure it was correct. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I had with it and get it working. I'd say this is really great value for what you get.

Thank you Mathías: BEST CUSTOMER CHAT SERVICE i have ever experienced. I've had many chat customer support experiences, by talking to Mathías was by far one of the best i've ever had. (no waiting line) Explanations are very precise & in a friendly way. He thinks along with the problems that I had and gave me some very useful insights. I just started my Omnisend account because I got stuck on another mailing platform (i was stuck on some things for a while...), but because of his explenations of the available features, which i will be using in the future, I will be building my mailing automation on Omnisend, which is now simply connected to my Shopify account (with his help). He also helped me with segmentations & much more. I'm still a free user but will be upgrading very soon. Please give this man a raise, he deserves it! Thanks again Mathías, kind regards Peter

I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!

The app is very easy to use, lots of options, even if you are not experienced with making newsletters, you will be able to learn how to make the most fabulous newsletter campaigns. The customer service chat is very supportive. I have contacted them so many times because I was not familiar with so many things and didn't know what to do, but they have always been very patient and supportive. Thank you Mariia for your kind assistance and excellent advice.
