Since the month we installed OMNISEND a lot of users aterted to appear, clearly created by bots. OMNISEND charges per user son they benfit form this bots creating new accounts by the thousands. I investigated online and it has happened to many other stores that start using OMNISEND.

This app ins not for the faint of heart. It has a lot of features and power to do about anything but isnt easy to navigate and find answers on its own. The power of this program is the stellar support people who man the chat and emails 24/7. Plus they ALWAYS follow up to see if I was able to do what they advised! Not many programs do that anymore. I have a small business but a big need that doesn't easily fit the standard templates and ready made. So it took me weeks to build my automation and import subscribers from other places not partnered. HOWEVER — I was helped along the way by multiple support people who were well versed on the program and could find a way for me to do what I needed to do AND explain it to me (I'm not a tech head by any stretch of the imagination, but I can and do identify things that need to be fixed in programing). If not for that I would have jumped ship during the first week. I'm not happy with the expense of Omnisend for small businesses, but I'm committed now so I will be adding more features to my website that I haven't had before because Omnisend has it all in one place!

The transition onto omnisend was spectacular. Omnisend overall is a great program to use and allowed me to delete 3 apps that were all running in my store. The customer service is great!

We accidentally deleted a huge part of our email contacts, so we were beyond relieved when the Omnisend team managed to recover them. Huge thanks for that, especially also to Chaymae from customer support, who was super helpful :-)

I have not even paid for Omnisend, and have only started setting my email marketing operation on Omnisend, so this is not a review for the platform, but for the customer support. In one word - Amazing. Their help with setting things up, fishing issues that I had over last few days was just amazing. Burak and Didiem - you were absolute stars! Thank you so much for your patience and help. Omnisend is lucky to have you! I hope to give a great review for the platform once I have more experience with it.

Terrible Customer Support – Avoid This App! If you run into any issues, don’t expect their customer support to be helpful. They take forever to respond and keep making excuses instead of actually fixing the problem. I had an issue where the pop-up form’s background was always transparent, making it unusable. When I reached out for support, they said they would escalate my ticket to a technician, which would take 48 hours. After waiting, I finally got a response—only to be told that my issue was "out of their scope". I've used many apps before and never had this problem. They even tried to shift the responsibility to Shopify, but when I contacted Shopify support, they confirmed that the app provider should be the one fixing it. For what we pay, we should get proper service and a functioning app. Would not recommend!

The integration with Shopify is very smooth and seamless. The "ready-built" templates were a time saver and covered most of my store's common needs. What I did have to build was easy with their "drag-n-drop" workflow setups. If I am stuck for a moment, they have a succinct and short 7-step video series (and others) to help beginners like myself. I have used one competitor's product, and while it is very powerful and scalable, it's much more complicated. Can I see scaling to other plans as my business grows - ABSOLUTELY!!

I have uninstalled Omnisend Email Marketing. I still get discount popup on my Shopify site. It does not stop . Every time I open my Shopify site the popup appears. I tried to stop it and uninstall but the popup still appears.I don't want it to appear.

I've used them all. Omnisend is the winner... So, I wont be that person to name drop the ones I've been through (you all know them by name), instead I will focus on why Omnisend is the one I ended up with. Pricing? Yeah sure. They are far less expensive than a lot of their competition. Especially at scale. But that doesn't mean anything if the value provided also is degraded. Tech? Yup, it's super easy to set up and use. Flows are there with the push of a button, and everything is easy customizable. But that really doesn't mean anything in the long run as well, you can pretty much learn to manage almost anything with time. Where Omnisend SHINES is in their customer support and dedicated team. I had SO many issues in dealing with thing I've never knew about when I started my business journey. Its DMARK, APIs, SPF, Custom Events, DKIM, Domain Reputation... the list never ends... And they been there, helping me through it all. Brainstorming, solving, helping. Being nice, kind and supportive. A couple of days ago, Emna pour her heart and soul into solving an automation-issue, today Maria delivered in solving a Trigger-issue for a flow. We have always worked it out, together! So, unless Omnisend drops the ball, they are 100% stuck with me on my journey because they are too good of a partner to leave behind. I cannot recommend them enough!

Tech support was a mixed bag. The first agent was clearly at the end of their shift and didn’t seem too bothered. But then Johnny 5 stepped in and saved the day! At first I wasnt sure to be honest. My response rates were low and I was curious if it was Omnisend or something else. After going through all their materials, I realized I was not set up properly, my email and URL's were not properly verified and so much more. I really like Omnisend as it fully integrates into my store. I can easily set up the work flows I want for reminders, cart abandonment, and much more. I do not really use their email templates as I prefer a simpler style, but they have a ton of templates and I have found everything is easily editable. I tested a couple other solutions and while really this is proably accurately a 4.7 app (as the collective reviews shows, I only have 4 or 5 star choices. As such I am going with the higher number. I definitely recommend to try it and not give up on it.

Omnisend is a decent email platform—less intuitive and feature-rich than Klaviyo, but it gets the job done. However, pricing changes have made it far less appealing. They charge for all contacts, even if they’re not subscribed to email or SMS. Essentially, you’ll be billed for anyone who has interacted with your site, regardless of whether they opted into communications. In our case, we were only emailing ~ 30% of the contacts we were being charged for—effectively doubling our costs just for them to store a simple list of our customers and people who abandoned cart. Their pricing structure feels unreasonable, and when we raised concerns, their response was dismissive. We’re planning to switch platforms once our migration plan is ready. It’s unfortunate because Omnisend had potential, but their pricing strategy makes it hard to justify staying.
