We spent hours simply trying to import past reviews from the now obsolete Shopify review app. It generated so many errors that we had to edit again and again and again. What a headache. And after all of that, you're not allowed to publish more than 100 of the reviews. Complete waste of time.

Laura G was extremely helpful in optimizing reviews on our website in order to drive conversion. She was quick to respond and fix any issues we saw.

The app itself is world class, built for performance and we've seen a direct impact on the website's conversion rate. The team is also amazing to work with, very refreshing to have as a partner within shopify app ecosystem!

App is good, but support is not great. I was previously working with a cheaper reviews app (80% cheaper), but every time I chat in with them, they respond in less than 30 seconds. Okendo's onboarding process is not very good and support takes a long time to fix issues. Initially, they didn't even reach out to us after we filled out the onboarding form. Frankly — we jumped over a lot of hoops ourselves to install + onboard onto the app when there wasn't much effort reciprocated. Rarely leave negative reviews, but felt warranted here. I am unhappy with their support for my Plus store.

Okendo has been a great solution for capturing reviews for our company, and their support team is very helpful! I recently was having trouble figuring out how to code a dynamic review block in a Klaviyo email flow, and Shiela patiently helped me find a solution. She took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and where I was running into issues. And when it wasn't an easy answer, she worked with their tech team to come up with a solution. I appreciated her following through until we had a satisfactory solution!

I really enjoy this app so far. It's very easy to customize and use. I was able to upload reviews from another app using the Okendo template. When I had a problem with the star ratings appearing tiny on my product pages, Paulo from Okendo helped me quickly. I would recommend this review app to others.

Okendo was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. We've experienced seamless support from onboarding a almost 2 years ago to present day, where we are expanding past reviews and exploring other capabilities like loyalty. I am really grateful for the Okendo customer service team. I caused them a lot of trouble since English is not my native language, but they were extremely patient in helping and assisting me, waiting for me to resolve my issues. Additionally, their plugin is really user-friendly and flexible. Compared to several other popular review plugins sold on Shopify, which I have all used, I can confidently say that Okendo's plugin is completely different. First, Okendo's customization options are stronger than those of other plugins. Second, the review page designed by Okendo makes users feel that the website is more professional (because their templates are incredibly powerful). We were originally really excited to work with Okendo but so far our onboarding process has been disjointed, unorganized, and their team has been extremely unhelpful in helping resolve issues when we are 3 days away from launching. I've spent countless hours on their support chat with no one able to help and support and as a result we are extremely worried and wish we chose another platform.

Josh is great from Okendo, He helped us setup some advanced Klaviyo flows with custom triggers and helped us troubleshoot them when going live. Hes also helped with other settings across the products and is very responsive.

The app is very easy to learn and has a lot of cool features. Laura G just recently led a zoom updating us on reviews and what we could do to help get more reviews. She was awesome and made sure to answer all of our questions and more.

App works very well on several stores, support is top notch (especially Daniel- super fast response, knows the app & outside integrations), which is rare in my 9 years of running Shopify stores and admin'ing dozens of apps.
