Okendo has helped our website UI and UX. Good and fairly timely support available. Previously, Alannah, our on boarding person was great and very helpful and good at communitcation too. My onboarding with Brock was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me with my massive review uploads and always available to answer questions and connect me with the right person. would highly recommend asking for him for your onboarding process. Overall I think Okendo is very easy to use, there definitely is room for improvements with reporting but I have given feedback and I know they are being worked this year!

We have had some technical issues with this app but they have now been resolved. Despite giving the app a four star rating, Paulo from tech support deserves a five star rating - very prompt, helpful, and courteous - we're very impressed!
