Cyrus was able to help me multiple time, reconnecting with our chat even when I was disconnected. Switched from automated emails using Shopify Flow, to Mailchimp. I wasn't seeing that the first automated flow was producing anything with Mailchimp and reached out to support to see if I had set it up correctly. David was my rep and he helped check everything over to confirm that I had indeed set things up correctly and he informed me of what to look out for when it came to which add-to-carts were going to go through the flow and not. David was very friendly and helpful and the chat functionality is very convenient.

Could never get any help. Despite 2 "onboarding" calls (one of which I was told to call tech support for an emaill??? not!) They charged me 4 times for 4 different things, despite repeated emails, uninstalling the app and deleting it. NO ONE listened to the actual issue (which wasn't technical) and they won't delete the charges. So I'm notifying my Attorney General... Maybe now you'll pay attention???????
