Really nice and helpful customer support. Problem couldn't be solved but they tried to help all the way and forwarded issue to dev support team after all steps they could do were done.

overall I think mailchimp is a good email platform. There are things that are missing that I assume they are working on such as phone number collecting in pop-up forms, and even ensuring real phone numbers and emails are submitted in a form before showing the discount code. Not a fan of the forms as of right now, but I do like how easy it is to build emails and set everything up. I am going to keep it for the free trial and see how it goes. I did work a lot with David who was SUPER helpful with getting things set up and answering my questions on the form stuff. Vey much appreciated his help!
