Mailchimp customer service - Dean, was super helpful to us recently in resolving a problem we experienced between Mailchimp and Shopify. He was very patient as he walked me through his recommendations in the process of trouble-shooting. I'm still learning about the app as a new user, but so far pretty intuitive and easy to use app. Would love to have more flexibility and options with the email creation, but once I learn more maybe i will discover more features. Also, I have received very good support and help from Cyrus whilst having an issue with Shopify connection.

Been trouble with sync and integration from day one. The support at MailChimp havent done anything to solve our trouble, been in contact with them daily. Wasted enough time to get help from MailChimp. Stay away!!

Great support very responsive. NADZ was very helpful resolving my tag syncing issue and answering various other questions about the integration between Shopify and Mailchimp.
