I have been using Litcommerce for a few months now and I am really happy with it, so much so I have now signed up for a year. Also the customer service is excellent! They sort any problems out really quickly

The agent Rachel helped a lot with uploading listings from eBay to Shopify and guided through the entire process with screenshots that made it really easy to understand. Compared to every other platform I've used, LitCommerce really has the best agents and they put you first whether it's taking your time or actually sitting you through it.

This app is very helpful for keeping up my 4 stores. Louisa was especially helpful in walking me through the whole process. I could not have done it without her. She was knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to assist me.

I had it for 1 day to try it out, it's not good so i canceled the next day and still got charged for a full month.

App is easy to use and understand. Even if you do need help they always respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend. It's more expensive but worth it.

My help has always been all that I could have wish for. Rosalie was great to work with. I have always found Harvey and all of the gang at the help desk very courteous and informative. Being somewhat computer illiterate and not very well acquainted with the rules of Amazon, they have been a great help.

We have been working with the LitCommerce app for a while now and find it very easy to use & great value for money. I tried to set up 2 other apps before finding LitCommerce, spending days wasted trying to sync our products to Amazon. The customer service has been excellent so far, Rachel has been awesome with her help to get everything set up. The interface is also way better than the other 2 i tried.

Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

Litcommerce is a good app for syncing Shopify with various platforms. It isn't very easy to do without the help of the helpdesk but they are very helpful and talk you through it on a live chat step by step. Once you have done it once it then becomes clear how it works very quickly, so overall a good app to use.

great support, quick and easy to follow. The app has been good so far, not too confusing and easy to use.

If you have a high SKU count, I do not recommend you go anywhere near this app. It's been a horrific couple of weeks trying to sync just Amazon to Shopify, let alone multiple sales platforms. We are still selling items at our Shopify prices on Amazon, where they should be marked up to account for Amazons fees and postage as per the pricing rules we have applied in App. Prices that show as £5 in LitCommerce selling on Amazon for £3 etc. Wish I'd never moved from my old setup.

they were prompt in their replies and tried there best to help solve the issue. I did solve the issue myself but Jean still explained to me about how the issue occurred so I have better understanding of what happened. The app is great and user friendly, it has a guide and pop on what to do and is over all seamless.

We were having trouble finding an integration for one of our marketplaces. Eventually we found LitCommerce and it worked so well for us that we decided to use it for all of our marketplace integrations. The support team has been very responsive in answering all of our questions, which was a key component in our decision to use this app.

Excellent support. App synced with zero hassle to eBay. We will use this on Amazon as well when we get the account activated.

So far I am massively impressed by LitCommerce. Not only does the software do exactly what I want it to do, but the support I received from the staff has been second to none - I am so glad I gave this software a shot and would recommend ANYONE who's looking to sell across multiple channels to do the same.
