I tried to set up 2 other apps before finding LitCommerce, spending days wasted trying to sync our products to Amazon. The customer service has been excellent so far, Rachel has been awesome with her help to get everything set up. The interface is also way better than the other 2 i tried.

Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

Litcommerce is a good app for syncing Shopify with various platforms. It isn't very easy to do without the help of the helpdesk but they are very helpful and talk you through it on a live chat step by step. Once you have done it once it then becomes clear how it works very quickly, so overall a good app to use.

If you have a high SKU count, I do not recommend you go anywhere near this app. It's been a horrific couple of weeks trying to sync just Amazon to Shopify, let alone multiple sales platforms. We are still selling items at our Shopify prices on Amazon, where they should be marked up to account for Amazons fees and postage as per the pricing rules we have applied in App. Prices that show as £5 in LitCommerce selling on Amazon for £3 etc. Wish I'd never moved from my old setup.

I did solve the issue myself but Jean still explained to me about how the issue occurred so I have better understanding of what happened. The app is great and user friendly, it has a guide and pop on what to do and is over all seamless.

We were having trouble finding an integration for one of our marketplaces. Eventually we found LitCommerce and it worked so well for us that we decided to use it for all of our marketplace integrations. The support team has been very responsive in answering all of our questions, which was a key component in our decision to use this app.

Excellent support. App synced with zero hassle to eBay. We will use this on Amazon as well when we get the account activated.

So far I am massively impressed by LitCommerce. Not only does the software do exactly what I want it to do, but the support I received from the staff has been second to none - I am so glad I gave this software a shot and would recommend ANYONE who's looking to sell across multiple channels to do the same. Excellent customer service!!! Extremely knowledgeable and solution orientated. We had some hiccups with changing prices between shopify and the other marketplaces. But Chloe was spot on in helping us find the right settings. Love the experience so far!!

I'm using the app now for a longer time and I'm happy with my decission to move to LitCommerce solution as I was not happy with another app. Customer Service is awesome and reacting time very quick. I can definitely recomment this App!!!

We are so happy with this app and the LitCommerce team. It integrates very well with our marketplaces. It keeps our inventory sync'd in all locations and pushes all the orders into our Shopify store. With the few issues we have encountered, the team is very responsive, unlike many other apps we have used. The price is very fair for what the app does.
