I've been using LitCommerce for about 5 years. I've run well over 20,000 orders through LitCommerce, so I have a pretty good idea of what it does and how it works. This is my second website using the app. The app has grown and changed a lot over the years. Does it work? Mostly. Is it easy to use? Sometimes. Is the customer support helpful? They're almost always available, but the "help" can sometimes be not-so-helpful. If you like screenshots, then customer support is great. If you want someone to really help, they don't. They will not spend any time figuring out a root cause of an ongoing issues, they just send you a screenshot telling you how to fix it yourself. Let's chat about the issues... when they make a change or "update" to LitCommerce you will not know. There are no emails or messages letting you know. You figure it out when your product links are broken. If you change a word, space, title, anything... the link between Shopify and an external platform like Etsy or eBay will be broken... regardless of the SKU remaining the same. That works both ways... make a change in eBay or Etsy, link broken. Make a change in Shopify... link broken. You can not make the listing platform specific without risking broken links or worse. One day you are "required" to use the "recipes" or templates you can create in LitCommerce. The next day... after hours and hours of work setting them up, you don't need to use them. You can import from an outside platform and create a listing in Shopify. Often it work, but sometimes it doesn't. This week I had a listing's title and description totally change. It changed in LitCommerce, but support will not look at the change logs to determine what happened. Is LitCommerce a good value? Yes... if you're a smaller seller. If you're a larger, higher volume seller, the amount of time and effort it takes to keep this application performing well is extreme. I estimate that I've spent hundreds of hours in total over the past 5 years working on this app. All I want it to do is sync inventory and make listing on outside platforms easier. Is it easier? I'm still not sure. LitCommerce does not support duplicate SKU's nor does it support bundles. I guess it's a "get what you pay for" type of thing. It is inexpensive for what's offered, but be very prepared to spend a LOT of time working on this app. It is not a "set and forget" app. You must stay on top of it regularly. It is SLOW. If you update a set of listings in LitCommerce you MUST wait for it to finish the task before updating a second set of listings. If you do not wait, the application can become confused leading to hours of work to fix the issues that result. At this point, I don't know what to do as a longtime user. Some days I love it, but a lot of days I want to scrap it and move to something else. The problem I have is that I've invested so much of my time into this app that I'm not in the mood to start all over with some other app. The customer support can be so friendly and frustrating at the same time. If you've never used an app like this, give it a try, just be prepared for a learning curve. If you're already a volume seller, I'd recommend looking at all of your options before committing. When I launched my new TikTok shop, I did not link it through LitCommerce. When I launched my products on Walmart Marketplace I did not run the listings through LitCommerce. I could have, but it was not worth the time, effort or risk for the new platforms. I still have my Etsy and eBay shops linked, but that's up for debate as I write this review.

It's not a bad app but you need to make sure ALL your products are set up correctly in shopify, as a lot of products don't link and takes time to resolve. Support is goo to but it would be better if they can do video alls and screen share to resolve problems faster
