Their support is always there for us. They are very quick and efficient in solving any issues and there hasn't been many issues. Solid platform.

Syncing with amazon just includes the products, that's it. Really no customer address or order status/updates etc. Feedback from the support is that you have to copy and paste it manually in shopify or do it on amazon. Ebay integration was fine, also the whole interface and support. But for amazon it's a no-go. Wasted time and money here and deinstalled it finally.

App is good but has a long way to go until it is great. It's verbiage and process could be streamlined better. Their support system is great, they will take the time to discuss and investigate issues you have. But, it could definitely use some layout updates and simpler processes of settings.

Important: completely useless for Amazon. Order information is not imported and tracking information is not synchronized. Other apps can do this too.

Love their app, it saves me so much time. They support is always on time with fast responses, and follows up without a miss. They offer easy images to describe what is going on while troubleshooting as well.

The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there. Thanks for your help Mona and others!
