Really impressed with the continuous support of LitCommerce team. They guided us through the all process of syncing our products catalogue to Etsy & Google Shopping, their knowledge base is really well done making the process smooth and quick to connect to various online sales channels.

App looks 'ok' until you actually start setting things up. Within one week our task is to test through 3 top Amazon apps to pick the winner despite the price differences. LitCommerce initially looked promising until we started seeing very badly designed app and then diabolically low quality support (rep. Phillip takes the incompetence gold medal).

Intuitive design with video tutorials that cover all the basics. Reached out via live chat for a quick consultation on the listing and Mona had helped me avoid some troublesome issues before my first attempt at even publishing the item on Amazon. Wonderful service with an easy to use app.

Having tried a few competitor apps I eventually settled with LitCommerce. It does exactly what I need to get my Shopify products listed on eBay and Etsy and keeps stock and prices in sync. The few times I had to contact support I get the answers I need very quickly, most recently Chloe was very helpful in providing the answers

Litcommerce makes it easy to link multiple marketplaces with your shopify! The support is always responsive and professional! Please do not raise the price next year for the entry level, I would consider it excellent for small or micro business like my own!

LC support (Evelyn, Tracy) is really great. I ran LC on a small e-com site and the support has been so solid that we're deploying it on a much larger e-commerce site now. Good support is everything for paid software.

Strong app to connect with my Shopify store. I do find that some workflows could be easier and more intuitive - but once things get sorted out it works fairly smoothly. I do wish that there was less for me to do to initiate the listings being added to my Reverb store, but for the most part it works pretty well.

Generally works and saves lots of time to keep stocks in sync when sales make up a large part of online orders. Helpful 24/7 service when problems encountered.

Nothing fancy, just a solid tool that does what you need it to. Their support team has been quick and helpful anytime I had a question. If you’re selling on multiple platforms, it’s definitely worth using.

Delivers the basic functions you need to get live on Tiktok/ebay with relative ease. The item set up/configuration can be a little clunky, but it does work. I had a recent configuration issue that I was convinced was on my shopify end, and through great support from Mona it was determined it was a configuration in Lit Commerce. The issue was addressed quickly and greatly improved our order processing with TikTok.

LitCommerce is an amazing app that makes it easy to manage multiple businesses in one place. It can be a bit confusing at first, but the customer service team is extremely helpful. Evelyn and Chloe were especially great they resolved all of my issues quickly and were very responsive, patient, and timely throughout the process. Excellent customer service!
