Great app for integration with Etsy and Ebay. We've always had excellent customer service with LitCommerce and any issues have been resolved quickly. They are very attentive and it seems at least there is an actual team supporting the app vs. a "one-man show". I love supporting the little guy, but time sensitive matters like a web-store sometimes need more hands on deck. Initially there were some issues when connecting our Shopify store to Etsy, but after a quick message, support escalated the issue and came up with a solution by the next morning when I woke up! The app seems to always be getting new updates and so far we have not run into any major problems that caused much headache. As with any integration app, LitCommerce has some unexpected problems, but overall our experience has been very positive and I believe they deserve a full 5 stars. No incentive or tricks for me to leave this review, just my honest experience. Thank you LitCommerce.

Absolutely impressed with LitCommerce and their support team. Every time we’ve had an issue or even a tricky question, support responds almost instantly - even in the middle of the night in their timezone?! They really go above and beyond, looking into the smallest details (including our custom HTML) to make sure everything works. We had some unique requirements with product mapping, and the team even helped customize the setup for us.. Big shoutout to Pauline, Chloe, and the rest of the team for all their help. Highly recommend!

I had some trouble getting started and Chloe from customer service literally walked me through each different marketplace setup and stayed with me until it was complete. GREAT customer service. And once it's integrated, it's super easy to maintain. I'd tried others first, like Marketplace from Shopify and Ced, but I wanted more expansive options of platforms to sync to from my Shopify store. Happy with my choice.

We tried virtually every eBay <-> Shopify syncing app on the App Store, before pulling the trigger with LitCommerce. Not only is it the best app by a country mile, it has virtually every feature we required. Alongside that, the support team are phenomenal. They have an answer to every question we've had.

Wow. What a difference from CED. This is what I wanted all along. The support team is lightning fast and patient. Been using a few months now after CED and this is far better.

Great tool, making the whole thing seamless. But even better was the attention and care from the support team, especially Harvey. Really took the time to understand my issue and getting the answers and other team members involved that were necessary to get it taken care of quickly and up and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I'm trying to set up the app for my store and I was fiddling around with some parameters. Most of it is pretty intuitive but when I had questions I was helped quickly by Harvey with a direct solution for my problems. So far so good!

The customer service offered for this app is incredible! The team is always available, patient, and eager to help. This made everything a lot easier as the owner of a business that quickly went from side hustle to revenue approaching the same level as my "day job". Now that I have used this app for a decent amount of times and have connected 2000 products to amazon successfully with no errors (other API's have been unsuccessful lately with Amazon) I feel I can write a better review. Cons: -Address information doesn't import. This is the only reason I am marking this to 2 stars because it's pretty annoying to have to manually add in address information for orders. LitCommerce says they are working with Amazon on this but other API's do it just fine. If you are getting daily orders, you will be doing a lot of extra manual data entry. Because other marketplace connectors import shipping addresses, I know this is possible. -Support sometimes guides you in any direction, and not the right direction. I have resolve listing errors myself. Overall, they are great though. Pros: -It works. -Clean UI -Templates / Receipts are cool, but can overcomplicate things. I think you should be able to manually override products that use a template. Silly that I can't change the name of a product because it's locked behind a template. -Support is fantastic, and "chats" are more like email chains where you can return hours later and continue the issue. -Depending on sales, it can be less expensive than others.

Rosalie has been so helpful with me, im a complete novice with ebay and linking, but this app and her super fast suport has made this a doddle, if your thinking of an help to push to ebay and etsy i would defiantly reccomend
