Strong app to connect with my Shopify store. I do find that some workflows could be easier and more intuitive - but once things get sorted out it works fairly smoothly. I do wish that there was less for me to do to initiate the listings being added to my Reverb store, but for the most part it works pretty well.

Generally works and saves lots of time to keep stocks in sync when sales make up a large part of online orders. Helpful 24/7 service when problems encountered.

LitCommerce has been great for keeping my listings organized across different marketplaces. It’s simple to use, the inventory sync works like it should, and the bulk editing saves a ton of time. Nothing fancy, just a solid tool that does what you need it to. Their support team has been quick and helpful anytime I had a question. If you’re selling on multiple platforms, it’s definitely worth using.

Delivers the basic functions you need to get live on Tiktok/ebay with relative ease. The item set up/configuration can be a little clunky, but it does work. I had a recent configuration issue that I was convinced was on my shopify end, and through great support from Mona it was determined it was a configuration in Lit Commerce. The issue was addressed quickly and greatly improved our order processing with TikTok.

LitCommerce is an amazing app that makes it easy to manage multiple businesses in one place. It can be a bit confusing at first, but the customer service team is extremely helpful. I'm using the free trial to poke around and check out how the app works between my amazon, etsy and shopify stores. So far so good! I ran into a snafu where a couple child variants were pulled from their parent variant when pulling the listings from amazon, and Harvey was a help as we tried to figure out what happened. Turns out it was an easy fix to get sorted out. Thanks Harvey!

Mona was very great to work with, and went above and beyond to fix any issues we've had, particularly when managing a large auction of some of our inventory. Even though it was after their working hours, he made sure to fix the issue as soon as possible to have a seamless result.

I've only been using the tool for a day but it's been incredibly easy to use and very straight forward to set up and navigate and the customer service has been very attentive and friendly. Edit: After trying the tools out for longer. I'd recommend it still but there are some nuances to understand. There is a lot of setup and product listing housekeeping needed to make sure your listings match perfectly between Shopify and your platforms, e.g. listings that have variations on your other marketplaces need to also have the exact same variations on Shopify. Additionally, the Etsy integration is frequently not syncing listings due to rate limits, but that's 100% Etsy's fault. I've run into this issue on MANY platforms. Just something to be aware of if you sell on Etsy. As LitCommerce grows, the Etsy syncing issues will likely get worse as rate limits will get hit faster unless Etsy increases their API rate limits.

Extremely pleased; it may be a bit confusing to set up at first (anything this complex and important will be), but once it is it'll make your like 100x easier. Seriously. Do note that there are constant changes/limitations imposed from sales channels (for us it's Etsy and their shifting API policies), but LitCommerce is always aggressive about finding ways to fix, circumvent, or work with those limitations (including communicating said changes). Point is stay vigilant! Truly indispensable to my business. Worth every penny.

This app is reasonably-priced and functions correctly to sync inventory and sales between Shopify and various sales platforms. Support chat is responsive and generally helpful.
