I love this app because it gives potential customers access to me. If they have a question, the app notifies me, just like a text. And boom, I can answer any and every question the customer has. This is a ONE STAR review but when I tried to submit one star, it would not submit. I tried over and over again, but it kept rejecting and refusing to submit. So if you see this, know that I only gave it more stars so it would let me submit. I'm telling the truth for others to know. It should have been ONE STAR. I'm taking screenshots of everything to keep as proof. What it did by refusing to let me submit ONE STAR means that this app that "supposedly" has 5,568 --- 4.7 stars --- is lying to the public because it forces people like me to give higher stars because it won't let us submit ONE star. It would only let me submit after I gave it more stars. So if you don't see one star reviews, it is because this app is lying and misleading Shopify shop owners by forcing reviews to be higher than they are, and its rating really has much lower 4.7 stars at 5,868. This is my real review: The app has no info to show me how to see what my customer sees. I can't see what my store's "sender" contact info is, and there is no way to find it or adjust it in any settings. And most of all, the app says my customer has no orders, but they DO have orders. There is also no help or support for it either. If you really care, email me to help me with a solution and stop preventing reviewers from leaving honest reviews with truthful feedback. Fix your app instead!

Its great except if you have a customer service agent or another email for support questions you cant use this app. It will only send to the store owners email. They really need to change this - most store owners are doing their own support or have a different email even if they are and cant change their stores email to the support email for security reasons.

At least this app works for what it's supposed to. My experience with add on apps to Shopify has been pretty dismal. This app works and puts important messages right in your store where they need to be.

I do not recommend - We have been getting explicit videos for a week on this app, and there is no way to block people via IP or other means, or a way to prevent people from uploading files. This individual just uses fake emails and floods our inbox. Like usual, Shopify support is not helpful. Exploring other apps.

updated review from 2* - they fixed the issue!! YAY thank you!!! two star review: everything was working fine until two weeks ago. text bar goes all the way to the top now in the mobile app so i cant see anyone’s previous messages. THIS IS HIGHLY INCONVENIENT. i reached out to customer support & they said they will forward to the devs. idk how it’s not fixed yet. there’s been other issues w shopify too. kinda insane they don’t prioritize fixing these bugs as many small businesses rely on them. my shopify worked perfectly about 1 year ago. things seem to keep declining. i’ve never had to contact support so much.
