Unfortunately the instant answers cannot be translated. So they are useless in multi-language shops. Also AI-generated answers (to frequently asked questions) are lacking. Pro: Setup quick and easy.

I like the fact that the App knows when it's a Spam email and adjusts accordingly to keep my Store safe from those who want to try and do financial harm. I love that this allows me to work from my phone so easily to manage support chats. I really wish that we would be allowed to have quick replies with more than 350 characters. I have a lot of support questions that could use much longer responses that are pre-filled, but i have to go to my customer support system & copy the responses to bring over, which takes some time. I also wish that we could see which instant answers caused sales to happen, so we had a better grasp on which instant answers to keep and what to else to test!

It's a respectable chat app. Easy to setup, and the notifications are timely. On occasion we have challenges launching the phone app on Android, but 90% of the time it's perfect. We have several people who do use the chat. It would be great if you could "claim" a chat, or see if another person in your organization is typing. This would prevent the times when two or three people all answer at the same time.

The Fraudulent Scam messages must be trashed. The algorithm can check the sender's url - for example one fraudulent sender was from Florida claiming I charged his credit card...the software can check and see that the sender did not order anything. The majority of customers who will contact me will hit the contact button and be inquiring about products. If they are a legitimate purchaser then the algorithm can see that.

It's great that you can search your messages now, that wasn't always the case and presented a major issue. One thing that is a bit confusing is that notifications sometimes go to my personal email and sometimes show up in the Shopify mail, it makes it difficult to find messages at times since searches don't bring up the email. It would also be great to have the possibility to have a link to all correspondence in the order itself, this would make it a lot quicker to access and avoid confusion.

Klappt super. Die Nachrichten kommen in Echtzeit. Und mit der automatischen Antwort und der Weiterleitung nach 15Minuten sind auch zeitversetzte Länder nicht der Gefahr ausgesetzt verloren zu gehen.
