Finora esperienza molto deludente con Google Merchant Center & Google Ads: dopo aver perso molto tempo a impostare i dati richiesti dal Merchant Center e da Google Ads (tramite un sistema poco intuitivo e tutt'altro che user friendly), Google mantiene bloccata la pubblicazione dei prodotti ogni volta rilevando nuovi errori o mancanze di dati che non venivano segnalate precedentemente. Spesso risulta difficile capire come intervenire per risolvere, in quanto l'errore non viene specificato ma viene descritto in maniera molto generica. Anche apportando le integrazioni richieste e dopo aver ricevuto le loro email di conferma della risoluzione del problema, continuano a bloccare l'account. Tra i diversi errori, ad esempio, segnalano la mancanza dei dati d'inventario quando invece in Shopify i dati risultano tutti in ordine (probabilmente dipende da malfunzionamenti dell'API). Per non parlare di alcune policy sui prodotti: ad esempio Google chiede di eliminare dal negozio di gioielli di Shopify dei semplici ciondoli a forma di croce perché potrebbero essere "offensivi". Insomma, l'integrazione finora lascia molto a desiderare.

Update. finally free listing was approved and products showing again. 2 days later it gets the same F...ng error with misinformation and all the same and NO there is not misinformation. This app is so completely useless!! Completely useless - google merchant center integration is bad. I have several webshops and suddenly my new webshop gets flaged and suspende formisrepresentation. And All info etc are 100% in good order with googles own standard. also NO help from google, but they clearly dont care as MANY MANY people state in here google are EXTREMLY vague about what issue i, I am 100% sure they dont even know themself. Also its AI bots 97% of the time that respons to you. and IF your lucky to get hold of a" real human, they dont do anything to help. Just dismiss everything! Worst company EVER and worst support EVER! I do so much hope The EU gets to divide alpabet and google browser in to small pieces. Google is a disgrace and harms alot of hard working and honest peoples living. maybe its time to stand together and sue them? I am already looking in to it with a lawyer.

I’ve been with YouTube and google for years always my go to platforms since before I ever started a business and on a business tip there the best things to use tool wise

I installed this in two stores. It was bad in one and terrible in the other. Only part of the data (events) they claim will go into Google Analytics actaully does. Support for it is non existent - you get bounced between different Goole support teams and no one knows who's supposed to help make this integration work.

Once setup, very easy to use. The customer service help from Google on getting setup was actually amazing. Usually, contacting anyone from Google is difficult, timely, and confusing where the customer service rep Jmac (Google Merchant Center) was awesome.

This is the best Shopify app in Shopify app store. Maybe that's my opinion. Their system of connecting everything in place is perfect and flexible. Despite the various inputs, everything to get your products and ads to customers is so perfecto. I love Google.

Our Shopify website has correctly installed the "Google & YouTube" tool, but when tested with the "Pixel Helper," the "Google & YouTube" tool shows as "Loaded." However, performing actions such as opening product pages, adding to cart, and checking out always displays "Events received" as "0." This issue has persisted for several months and is severely affecting our store.

It's ok, the application, although it consumes a lot of time. Because each product has to be configured again in metafields. It doesn't generate enough traffic to be worth the time invested. I prefer to redirect this attention to Facebook marketing, because that's where the money comes from, not from Google search
