Advertising with you using google merchant center is sucks!.
I am writing this message out of extreme frustration and exhaustion after years of trying to work with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads.
After more than four years on your platform, and after managing many Merchant Center accounts, I have reached the point where I no longer trust the misrepresentation system. Accounts are approved and then suddenly disapproved. Misrepresentation issues are reported without clear reasons, and Google Ads accounts are suspended even when nothing meaningful has changed.
I have spent hundreds of hours reviewing policies, fixing feeds, adjusting websites, submitting reviews, and waiting days or weeks for responses—only to receive the same vague misrepresentation notice again. There is never a clear explanation of what is actually wrong, which makes it impossible to resolve issues with confidence.
What makes this situation even more stressful is seeing other websites (as amazon) with obvious issues continue advertising without interruption. Even large platforms with clear policy inconsistencies remain approved, while smaller advertisers are repeatedly flagged without clear justification. This creates a strong impression that the system is inconsistent and unreliable.
At this stage, I am mentally and operationally exhausted. The repeated cycle of approval, disapproval, suspension, review, and waiting has caused significant time loss, financial impact, and wasted effort. Running a business under these conditions is not realistic.
I am confident that the products added to this Merchant Center account are legitimate and accurately represented. However, I no longer want to continue fighting an unclear system that repeatedly suspends accounts without providing actionable feedback.
I am not asking for another review of this account. This message reflects genuine frustration from long-term use of your system and the impact it has had on my work.
Other businesses are generating millions through Facebook and TikTok ads, while others are stuck repeatedly fixing Merchant Center misrepresentation issues.
My conclusion: advertising through Google Merchant Center is sucks, impractical and unreliable.
I know this message will be reviewed by one of your junior team members who managing ours merchnat center accounts!, but it should be escalated to senior management. This feedback is from an experienced professional, not a young or inexperienced advertiser.
