Unfortunately, we live in a world where businesses make us depend on AI bots. How are we supposed to know when the AI bots are wrong and we should contact support instead? You say that I need to finish onboarding steps, I don't see any option for that. Google says that I don't have a shipping or return policy, but I do and my business rating is a zero, which is probably less than many scammers, so I'm worried that this will hurt more than it will help anyway.

Products are in Merchant Center but shows "0 products" in the Shopify app sales channel. Products then randomly drop out of Merchant Center into the void, not showing up in "Needs Attention" and with no history of what products are gone or what happened. The AI chatbot pretends to be helpful, knows nothing and displays over the buttons it tells you to push. I'll just count Merchant Center out of my business plan because this is literally the worst-engineered app I have ever had the displeasure of needing to use.

Excellente application, fluide et efficace. L'application est très intuitive et l'interface est parfaitement claire. Le gros point fort est la synchronisation automatique qui permet de gagner un temps précieux sur la gestion du catalogue. Tout fonctionne sans accroc entre Shopify, Google et YouTube.
