The app is completely useless, complicated, and offers no helpfulness. It also messed up my theme. As soon as the trial ended, the app charged me a year's subscription. I subsequently uninstalled the app. I contacted support for a refund but received no response. I then contacted Shopify support, who, with their assistance, issued a refund. However, instead of applying the refund directly to my credit card, they credited my account with credits. This was completely ineffective. I contacted Shopify support, but they said credits couldn't be refunded to my credit card and directed me to contact the app development team, but I never received a response. I subsequently contacted Shopify support, who continued to help me communicate with the app team for over a month, but they told me they were unwilling to refund my one-year subscription. This was a truly terrible experience. It was a complete scam.

I'm very pleased with the performance of Globo's MegaMenu app. The app meets 90% of my expectations, and it's still on the free plan. I especially want to thank Sarah for her help at the start, helping me get the menu up and running and making a few minor adjustments. The communication was excellent in terms of speed and expertise. This app is SO much easier to work with than others I've tried. I just reached out for support via chat and they helped me right away.

The standard nav menu can handle our large product catalog and associated categories, but after opening our site to the Canadian market, we needed another separate nav menu to handle a much smaller catalog. We reached our to Sarah and the Globo team and they made it happen for us!

I had some issues with the mobile view of the mega menu, but Sarah from support was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the steps and helped resolve the problem quickly. Excellent support and great experience overall!
