This app is great, works with no issues and lets you configure your menu visually which is much better than Shopify menu builder. We had some issues, coming from another app injecting some bad code right above the globo embed, and Sarah from Globo support helped us debug the issue, identify the bad code and remove that other app - and once again the Globo mega menu app works perfectly.

The Customer service team was exceptionally helpful in resolving my issue on using an incorrect format for my images and then eventually the problem was solved thanks to a friendly team member. Definitely recommend this subscription for anyone looking for customisable mega menu options.

The app is good for the price. However, it sorely lacks flexibility and customization between the mobile Mega menu and the PC version. It makes sense that you wouldn't want to display items the same way on a PC and a mobile device. And the only way to do that is to ask support to code it. Luckily, Sarah from support was there and very responsive! Otherwise, I would have given it a bad rating. Because having to use CSS just to change image sizes on mobile devices is not normal when you consider that 80% of users are on mobile devices. What's more, it's CSS that has to be done by their developers, because it's very specific. It's complicated to do it yourself.

This app is wonderful! It’s intuitive, easy to figure out, and creates beautiful menus. I did run into a small issue where my menu was showing up as transparent, but support jumped in right away. The response was incredibly fast, helpful, and friendly. Sarah assisted me, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC—professional, patient, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. I couldn’t be happier with both the app and the support team!

Menus can get confusing quickly. This app lets you create robust menus easily. We had a little display issue with a second mega menu on one page and it was resolved quickly. Support is topnotch.
