Die Einrichtung der App war für uns nicht ganz frei von Komplikationen und die App übernimmt auch noch nicht alle Design-Änderungen, aber damit können wir leben. Die Supporterreichbarkeit und der Support von Sarah, Andrew und dem Entwickler-Team im Hintergrund hingegen war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich! Einzige Kritik, wenn die Leute nach Hause gehen, weil bei Ihnen gerade Nacht ist, wäre das gut zu wissen :-)!

I can honestly say this is a great menu app for both desktop and mobile in one. Also multi-language and really outstanding support from Sarah and the rest of the dev-team. I checked out multiple menu-apps and even one of the most decorated, but this one had the same functions (mobile and desktop friendly) in 1. They worked on some small css issued to get it exactly like I wanted it. Can give everybody full positive feedback on this app and team.

Team is nice and quick to response, resolved the issue so fast. I got stuck as my menu was not showing on the desktop view but on mobile view it was fine, asked about the issue, they got it checked with their team and resolved it.

In our opinion, it’s the best mega menu app for Shopify - especially if you’re working with multiple languages and markets like we are. We tested several options, and this one stood out. Their support team has already helped us with two Liquid code issues and resolved both quickly. Great communication and very helpful overall.

I had an issue, that I couldn't get my megamenu to go across my enire page. I reached out to the support and they fixed it for me, just the way I wanted it. I also had a wish that they would add a possibillity to choose to have a shadow under the submenu. In a few minutes they added it on my menu. So now I have the mega menu just as I want it. Thank you! So, for the support it's five stars. För the app it's a bit less because I think what I wanted should be in the tool from the beginning.
