Need to workout something with the customer service and I was assisted by Raphael. He was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but he guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. He even sent screenshots, which was super helpful because I could see exactly what to do. On top of that, he was really friendly and patient the whole time, even when I asked a few extra questions. the app is free to use better then other fake overprices fulfillment apps like AutoDS or Zendrop or any other apps. they dont charge any fee and customer service is very quick and helpfull. Rita from DSers team helped with sync issue of orders , she is gem and very helpfull. i recommend this to all even if u r starting or at advanced level dsers is must have app for dropshipping business.
