The platform can be a little frustrating, especially when a supplier is no long er selling the item, but it sold on your website. Then you have to try and remap a new supplier. Today after being frustrated, I reached out to the help option via live chat. My support person not only remapped everything but was able to walk me through with new suppliers. She was great! Thank you

I needed help clarifying things and I got connected with Vivian from their support team. She was very fast with her responses while also being very thought out with screenshots and explanations.
