Selena is the best! i had a shipping problem with my shopify store and Selena was able to isolate the problem effortlessly for me just by running through a few things. Quick response time and straight to the point. Selena has been a great help for solving my problem.

I actually don't have DSers connected to my Shopify store. I just use it to place bulk orders for ordering manufacturing parts in bulk. The support is awesome sauce! A girl named Selena helped me today get setup super fast in no time. On the fly, she gave me really helpful screen shots to guide me during the setup process.

I didn't know I had to check the box in setting to use the supplier ID as my sku for my products. I thought I had to delete everything and start over but Aimee helped me figure out what I had to do to correct the issue. She was patient and kind. Thank you Aimee for assisting me with this issue.
