Exceptional assistance from a team that works around the clock to help. We have yet to begin the program, but so far the integration has been seamless with the help of their team. If you have specific design requirements like our brand, its a bit of work to get it all together with their assistance but well worth the effort.

The customer support is really helpful with code. But the design interface is fairly limited and not entirely user-friendly. For someone with zero coding experience, design is impossible. But their customer support with help guide you through it.

We want to create loyalty with our customers and this is the best app we've found! It allows customers to collect points and spend points for discounts, creating long lasting customers! Also their customer support is superb! They are always so quick to respond and help out with anything we need.

After being limited by paywalls with Smile.io I decided to make the switch to Appstle Loyalty Reward Program. I was going to import all customer data into whatever app I chose because I was tired of the paywalls, lack of options, and the app wanting me to pay for anything and everything. When I found this app, I was able to import all of my Smile.io data in as little as 5 minutes, had all of my programs set up within a day, and am launching my program for customers to start earning and using their rewards sooner rather than later. After reaching out to support and talking with Uri, I feel confident that my switch is going to benefit both my customers and my small business and I think this will be the best thing I have done this year.

So far, the most value my business has gotten from Appstle is their customer support! Shopify does not have any live person to chat with, and Appstle engineers/support have helped me so much figure out how to set things up properly and figure out where issues lay. I use Appstle for the subscription management and the loyalty program to offer my customer perks. Very happy with the team, hands down.

Though few people seem to have heard of Appstle - particularly when people seem to flock to the big players - I've had an excellent experience with them since the beginning.
