I only use this rewards app because I use the subscriptions app and it's the only loyalty program that works with their subscription app. I highly recommend the subscription app. I've had this for maybe a year now and I'm starting to see improvements but you are definitely on the bleeding edge here. The integration with Klaviyo is better than it was a year ago but still not where it needs to be to really drive revenue and customer experience. It's still a bit clunky and not up to par with others. That said the team is very responsive and helpful. You can get them within minutes on chat and they'll write code, work on things and generally get you answers in a very timely manner. I think they'll get there but it's not there yet. That said if you have a a subscription product and want loyalty program this is a very good solution.

Have been using the app since some time. The features are great. It had been good till we found an issue with the discount codes. The app applies the discount code on product level and our checkout app considers it as a custom discount. Due to which the code does not get read and shows unused. We have contacted appstle team but there response time is very slow. Hoping this sorts out or else have to move to another app.
