The app does the job and includes all the essential features you'd expect from a solid loyalty program. However, setting it up took me a lot of time: I had a very specific brand identity, and adapting the visuals required quite a bit of custom coding. If you don’t know how to code, expect to make compromises or rely heavily on their support team. I had a lot of back-and-forth with their support — some team members were patient and helpful, others less so… To be fair, I think we ended up testing each other’s limits! In the end, with some outside help, I managed to set up a loyalty program that works for me. I do recommend the app, especially for merchants who are comfortable with customization or have access to tech help — and of course, for those whose branding fits the default design without major changes.

I don't have a formed opinion yet about the Appstle℠ Loyalty & Rewards app, as I haven't implemented it in my business yet. Previously, I contacted you to confirm some information. Sam assisted me very well, clarifying the questions I had. He was very attentive and patient. Now I just need my manager's approval to proceed with upgrading the plan to the Business Premium Plan.

Awesome customer service experience here. The customer success team is offering personalised service , eg.: creating tutorial video that fit your question and solve the problem. Personally I found this app has quite a lot to learn ( quite complicated ) , need to spend time to explore the features and definitely need guidance from the customer service.
