I can't say enough good things about Appstle - if you're looking for a loyalty app, start here. We have a headless Shopify storefront, and the Appstle team has done a great job with exposing an external API for this Loyalty app that allows us to manage loyalty from our own site and custom UI. This has been an absolute game changer for us. The Appstle support team is always super responsive and knowledgable, and their dev team has already enhanced some APIs to better serve such a unique headless approach. On top of that, the Shopify App itself is very robust and has lots of customization options. I'm confident it will serve any use case we may have very well.

Great app, and fantastic team behind it. We have tried a sort of other options, but none as complete and as customizable as this one. And plus it is free ATM, We do strongly recomed it if you are looking into offering bundles

The team has been excellent—quick, responsive, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the support provided to customise the styles and remove the apparel branding. I also want to take this opportunity to share feedback on the app: it is one of the best for reward systems, and I have never received any complaints from customers about using it. I am also able to customise many of the app pages and styles myself through the settings, which has been very convenient. Overall, it is a great app to have.

6-star support – Stefan is absolutely outstanding I’m fairly new to Shopify and to loyalty apps, and the support I received from Appstle (especially Stefan) has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Stefan patiently guided me through everything step by step, even when I was still figuring out how to use themes and drafts in Shopify. He jumped into my preview theme, so we could look at the same thing, and then coordinated with their developers to turn off the currency symbol exactly the way I wanted. On top of that, he proactively offered to remove the “Appstle Loyalty & Rewards” branding from the widget as a goodwill gesture, even though that’s normally a paid add-on. He kept me updated the whole time, gave a clear time frame, and everything was done much faster than I expected. The whole conversation felt human, friendly and professional. No generic canned replies, just someone who genuinely cared about making my store look and work the way I envisioned. If you’re looking for a loyalty app that actually backs up its features with world-class support, I can’t recommend Appstle (and Stefan in particular) highly enough. Five stars honestly don’t feel like enough.

5 STARS for Jackson. He went above and beyond, and made me feel valued while talking to him 4 STARS for the app - There is so much to set up, you think you'd offer a duplicate button. Also when your team is too busy to confidently help anyone else Just say that! I'd much rather see a generic message " hey no one is able to help you right now. We received your question, when we can respond we will. Much better than holding with someone for 10 minutes while they help other people and tell me they're really busy. Then getting virtually transferred to someone else who could end up doing the exact same thing. I'd much rather have transparency than "effort" to help but not being helped. Thankfully I got Jackson - you should promote him. lol

We've had an excellent experience with Appstle. There are many useful features and functions, and I really appreciate the feature-request option because it shows that they listen to their customers. The support is always quick and helpful, and the entire app is a real benefit to our business.

From all options, I chose this app. The app is great, offering everything you need for loyalty and referrals together, and the support is just awesome. There is plenty of customization possibilities, sometimes on CSS level to reach the visual and style we needed and without support it would be super complicated to achieve it. The only thing I would improve is the way it's implemented. Although it flexible, the loyalty program and dashboard are pre-built pages you have to use. Still, it would be better if everything was a widget I could use on any page and customize it based on my needs.
