Excellent support and setup experience! The Appstle Loyalty team (especially Uri) was super helpful and responsive. The migration from Smile.io went perfectly, and the app is very complete and easy to customize. Totally recommend it!

Great app = its a much more reasonably priced alternative than many of the other options. Also works well with their subscription app. Their support team is also super quick and very hands on - they will actively jump in and edit to update specific things you need help with. Highly recommended

The app is incredibly functional and comes with all the features you could ever need. I’ve never had any major issues using it — and that’s even without being on their most expensive plan. It really shows how well-built the entire platform is, from the front end to the back end. It was very nice. we've been dealing with a previous company before and it took most of our time but didnt get the result we're looking for. Appstle on the other hand is user friendly and cost efficient not to mention that there is no need for us to integrate our customer list on the app as it is automatically populated from our shopify store. I also appreciate the videos/ tutorials provided to help us get started. it is also easy to reach customer support for assistance/ questions regarding the app.
