I recommend this extension for anyone looking for a good loyalty program. They have everything you need to start one new, and their customer support team is very responsive to help with anything!

UPDATE - April 11: My initial review was 5 stars as I was impressed with all the functionalities. Support had been a bit slow, but they had been able to help me with my initial questions. However as time went on, I realized there were a few serious problems that I needed help with. The first was that some customers could not see their points in their profile, even though we could see them on the back end. It was eventually resolved, but it took weeks. I initially brought it up on March 22, and kept being passed off to different people who would join the chat and ask me to reexplain the complicated scenario that was already detailed in all the previous chats. Frustrated, I asked to jump on a call with Hussain on April 1 and thankfully, the issue was resolved the next day. However during the call, I reminded him of another issue I had brought up on March 22 - one of the reasons I switched to Appstle is because they allow you to sync rewards program information to Klaviyo. The info is there for some customers, but it is missing for thousands of other customers. I discussed this with Hussain on the call, and he asked me to follow up with him via email and seemed to not want to discuss on the call. I have been following up ever since - via email, through the chat. Each time being told someone will help me in a few hours. Now I'm getting a message that support will be slower due to Eid celebrations, which I understand, but this should have been resolved long ago - it's now been almost 3 weeks. So if you are looking for a rewards program and just want to stick to the more basic functionality, this may work for you. But if you were thinking of switching to benefit from some of the more advanced functions and integrations, all I can say is that it has not been smooth sailing for me. I will update my review if anything changes. ***** I'm really impressed with all the functionalities in this app! I migrated over from Smile.io and was glad to see that many of the functionalities I would have had to pay quite a bit for there were included with Appstle Loyalty. I'm still tweaking and getting everything looking the way I want, but there is a lot of flexibility, and support has been great to help me with all my questions and even implement some new functionalities for me.

Great experience so far, migration from Stamped was a breeze and the bulk fix feature is also quite helpful. We had so many issues with the previous rewards app we were using, but our experience with Appstle has been so much better!

installed very easily, easily set up, had to contact help team to import data from another app, customer team member Kate was quick with replies and imported all for me, she even customised the app to go with my current theme extra bonus, 10 out 10 for Kate. Highly Recommend :)

This application covers all your loyalty program needs. The support team is ultra-reactive, responding in less than 5 minutes. We use Appstle Subscriptions and have had an excellent experience. When looking to migrate to a new rewards program from Smile, we found Appstle Loyalty and Rewards. Knowing that we'd receive the same level of superb customer support, it was a no brainer to us which program to choose. They quickly respond to our questions and go above and beyond to find solutions to any issues that arise. The migration process was so simple and required little to no effort on my part. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!

Relatively easy to set up. Allows you to set up a multitude of reward and redeem scenarios. Had one issue since signing up, but tech support was straight on it.

This app is amazing! The developers have thought of everything and the killer feature for me was the built-in Build-A-Box functionality. Their team handled all the migration from my previous subscription app - completely free of charge - and all my endless queries, as well as helping to customize my widget and site settings and UX. The price is a fraction of the competition as there are no usage charges. And did I mention how awesome the entire customer support team are? They are available 24/7 and respond within minutes! Don't waste your time, money or stress - if you're thinking about a subscription app, please do yourself a favour and try this one first.

At first look, I was excited about this app. Unfortunately, there have been issues. First, the migration of our loyalty list did not work and they told me I didn't do it. (I did, it said it was in progress and that it would take time, but it never happened). Then they said they would do it for me so I sent them the list. It took them days to get around to it, while I had to tell customers their points were temporarily unavailable. When they finally did get it done, they applied the total earned points over all time as the available points, exposing our company to significant potential losses. They said they're going to fix it, but I'm helpless unless I choose to just abandon this app, which I'm about an hour away from doing unless they get this fixed. As of my experience so far, I would caution anyone considering this app. I may change my opinion over time and if they get this resolved right away, but this could cost our company significantly.

So far, I've had a great experience with this app. I haven't even paid for it or fully implemented it yet, but they've filled several feature requests that I needed before I felt comfortable hitting the GO button with regular progress updates. I've been using Joy Loyalty rewards for almost a year prior, and they NEVER implemented a single request I made. I'll be migrating over this week, can't wait!
