Good app, and we’ve just started using it, but sometimes tracking updates are delayed, and certain orders don’t always appear in the 17track list for tracking. When this happens, you may need to reach out to their support team, but they are quick and responsive. I recommend this app if you’re dealing with international shipping and packages are handed off between different delivery companies. It’s convenient to have everything in one place. Additionally, the free plan works great for small businesses managing up to 50 orders a month.

Odie was very helpful and instantly available to help me get started with the App. We're now coming up to a week in the trial and customers must be loving the new tracking page, even though orders have increased, the number of enquiries about package tracking have fallen. This is an excellent App and highly recommend it, especially for it's multi-language facility

All you have to do is enter the tracking number, and in a few seconds, I have up-to-date information on my package, with the different stages of its journey. In addition, it is possible to receive notifications on the progress of the shipment, which is really practical so as not to miss anything. I also tested the mobile application, and it is as effective as the web version. Everything is well organized, and I can track my packages wherever I am. The only downside I could mention is that sometimes the information is not updated immediately, especially when it comes to local or lesser known carriers. But it didn't bother me too much, because in general, the tool remains reliable. In summary, 17track is a very practical and complete solution for package tracking. This is a service that I recommend to those who regularly order online and need to track their shipments easily.

Remarkably, even with the most basic service plan, the level of support has been truly exceptional. The support staff demonstrated a profound understanding of my inquiries, circumstances, and necessities.

App works great, only thing i disliked was the "powered by 17track" on the tracking page but I just asked the support to remove it and a person named biaca did it in like 10 seconds. very nice experience so far!
