I recommend it to anyone who needs to track orders. My customers get the right information on their delivery. It's a must-have for any Shopify store owner.

Had an issue come up where a claim payment from SEEL to a customer had issues and I had to get involved. I reached out to 17TRACK customer service and Abby helped me get it all figured out quickly so we could get the customer their claim payment.

I was not satisfied with the use of the app. When subscribing to the Pro plan, I was promised a multilingual Tracking Page and multilingual notifications. However, it turned out that the app only supports 33 languages, and my desired languages (Slovenian, Hungarian, and Croatian) were not included. Initially, I was assured that this issue would be resolved, but the following day, I was informed that it is not currently possible to implement support for these languages. This inconsistency and lack of clarity regarding the app's features left me disappointed. I hope 17TRACK improves its service to meet the expectations it sets for customers.

The very first app that I found that can track shipments with local Croatian carriers. So far, it works great!

I was just trying out the app and it updated all my tracking details in shopify without any question or explanation. Now that I decided I don't want this app, all my tracking links are updated to a broken link.

I used to recommend this app to my clients before when developing dropship stores. I also used it to my stores as it is a good app and feature rich.

Don't download, they steal your money when you upgrade plans, double charging you for months and additional random charges. Then act like they have no idea where it came from. Steer clear of 17track.

Their customer service is very good and timely. You can also ask questions via online text + paste pictures, which is very easy to use. The logistics service is also very good.

4 stars because it works like a charm, 1 star off for having a lot of features locked behind paywall. Would rather just have to pay for the increased quota for scaling purposes. But overall its a great app would recommend to at least try. I am going to miss the premium after the trial but not paying $89 when I only average 3 sales a week.
