Shout out to their IT team as well, they are also the rockstars that we don't often recognize. I highly recommend this app. It is very useful and helpful. If there's something that's not available on their system, you just have to ask and they will let you know straight-up if it's possible to add them.

I've been using 17track for a few months now and really like the integration with Klaviyo. UPDATED: after a lot of back and forth with the support team they finally understood how important it is to display Last Mile Carrier information on the tracking page. So they've updated the app and now it pulls LMC info from 20+ international carriers. I'm very happy with the results and the fact that they made it happen.

They told me that I could add 100 package trackings per month for free and I gave up on uninstalling the app. Now they say that I have 50 package tracking rights. They tricked me and lied and prevented me from deleting the app. It works absolutely terribly, do not use it and customer representatives give false and inaccurate information.

Winnie - Was SO nice and was able to help me quickly with the items that I needed. She was extremely kind and so quick, our conversation was less than 5 minutes. She really knows her stuff! As far as the app itself, I haven't really had the chance to use it yet! I really wanted to take advantage of the free offers while I had the opportunity to! If the carrier tracking data sync period was shorter, it would be four stars. Sometimes, you can wait for almost a full day to get the tracking data to update on your orders compared to what is actually made available on the carrier's website or API. That being said, customer support for this application is exceptionally responsive and competent.

After many interactions with their support team, which is always prompt to reply, it seems to me like these guys do not understand ecommerce business at all. They have created a nice app that works but are not open to fix small issues and apply simple, basic functionality that will make their app more powerful and appealing to existing and new customers alike. It's very frustrating and is making me look for alternatives.

not works for delhivery and xpressbees on my store i have tried on my app on shopify and tested on thier website too to track parcel in my case it only works for bluedart
