I had a great experience with Sudan on the setup zoom call. He was very patient and helped walk through all the features to setup the app on my new site. Great service and person to work with.

Beware that this app doesn't work for Iphone. Specifically, if you have different offers the first upsell pop up doesn't show up. The customer service doesn't care about your problem.. they said they were going to share this problem with their technician but nothing has been done and I haven't received a single e-mail from them. The zoom call was completely a waste of time, the staff didn't know what to do.

Logbase defrauded me with selleasy. When I signed up I agreed to "pay-per-use charges" which kicked in at 100 sales or more (I have the email, the terms are clear). They later changed the terms to be a monthly charge on any shop which had 50 sales or more (regardless of whether or not the app was used). I did not agree to this change of terms, but they silently charged me monthly, even when the app was not enabled. Because of these fraudulent charges, I recommend you stay away from Logbase. They do not do business in good faith.

Just started using the app - but can vouch for their amazing service. Support team is very very prompt in responding and helping to set things up. App is up and running and serving our purpose completely. Highly recommended app for upselling and cross selling.

Not directly trying to knock this service, but quick insights. I did a bunch of digging to compare services. I decided to install and try Selleasy first. It's great if you have VERY basic needs or a store with a small number of products. But if you want to set any conditions or rules - there's no option for that. For example, there's not even an option to set a post purchase upsell to not trigger if the item in the upsell was already purchased. So from a simplicity and design standpoint, everything looks very good. But from the ability to customize the offers to your unique needs -- specifically post purchase upsells -- it's pretty lacking. I may come back to try to the other widgets, but I originally installed it specifically for the post purchase widgets.

This app is easy to use, has tons of customizations, and is a great price. We use the cart add-ons for free gifts with purchase, and the product page add-ons to add accessories to each of our products.

Great onboarding in optimizing and tweaking the design to fit our shop. We got a reply in minutes and within 30 minutes we were up and running!

Used Upsell for a bit but wasn't convinced at first. Interface seemed complicated but I decided to reach out support. Got an EXCELLENT service, everything has been working smoothly since then and they've been further, helping me with a full and complete integration. The team has been great, understanding and available for me. I'm more than happy about their service and to have chosen Selleasy.

We've been very happy with this app. Also, when we wanted a customization to the look of our Cart Add-On offer, Veena from their support group was excellent in assisting us.
