Support is great!! I would have deleted the app shortly after I added it. I had an issue with the buy box. I asked a question on the chat feature and promptly got my issue resolved. Typically when something like that happens I delete the app and move on. Great customer support

I just set it up and ran a few transactions. This is a really nice app with great functionality, easy to understand layouts, and fantastic support. We will see how the first few months goes using, it but I have nothing but high expectations for it.

I experienced a hiccup with this app when updating the theme version of our site. I sent a message in to support and and was helped immediately!! Quick resolution...they didn't just tell me what to do with troubleshoot instructions like other apps but rater they made fix themselves while they were in my site assessing the issue. That made the world of difference:) I even bounced back a custom question I thought had no chance of getting an adjustment now and yep...they took care of that too. Would definitely recommend based on their excellent support!

Even though the content of the app cannot be translated natively with Shopifys Translate and Adapt app, which is a downside somewhat, so far the actual functions we've tested looked and worked just fine. When we found out the app was not active on some of our locales, we mailed support in the afternoon and got a reply within minutes letting us know the issue had been fixed. And it was. A truly great support experience.
