I just set it up and ran a few transactions. This is a really nice app with great functionality, easy to understand layouts, and fantastic support. We will see how the first few months goes using, it but I have nothing but high expectations for it.

I experienced a hiccup with this app when updating the theme version of our site. I sent a message in to support and and was helped immediately!! Quick resolution...they didn't just tell me what to do with troubleshoot instructions like other apps but rater they made fix themselves while they were in my site assessing the issue. That made the world of difference:) I even bounced back a custom question I thought had no chance of getting an adjustment now and yep...they took care of that too. Would definitely recommend based on their excellent support!

Even though the content of the app cannot be translated natively with Shopifys Translate and Adapt app, which is a downside somewhat, so far the actual functions we've tested looked and worked just fine. When we found out the app was not active on some of our locales, we mailed support in the afternoon and got a reply within minutes letting us know the issue had been fixed. And it was. A truly great support experience.

I tried a couple different apps to allow a backorder feature on my website and none of them worked how I wanted. I finally came across the Preorder Notify Me app and it did exactly what I needed. Everything was fairly easy to get setup and Kenneth from their support team was great to work with. I had a small functionality issue between the app and my specific Shopfiy template, but Kenneth was able to quickly resolve the issue and help guide me through some of the other features. Would recommend if you're looking for an app that allows for pre-orders or backorders.

There are various options that can be configured for your needs, from the look of the badges to the payment functions. We can easily and quickly upload many products and offer them to customers however we want. And at the moment you can test it fully functional at no cost. I only recently installed the Swatch King app and upon experiencing some setup issues was able to get a Zoom call with a rep within hours. Rommel swiftly resolved by setup issues, and had a very useful customization implemented overnight. I love this app and their support is outstanding! I contacted them on a Sunday and heard back within minutes. They were able to resolve my issue very quickly. The tech support rep even took it one step further and thought that our store could be enhanced by making an additional modification that had to be handled by their escalation team. Within 12 hours they made the fix and emailed me to let me know it was complete. Amazing!

We have tried multiple pre-order apps and Timesact has been the best for our high volume needs. This app is the most stable and the support team is very quick to respond to any of your needs. The app is fairly straight forward to use. I would recommend this for your pre-order needs over all other apps so far.

This is a great app. Many settings are available with clear communications to buyers so they understand that the item they are buying is a back order, and the displayed estimated delivery date gives clarity. There is also a pop-up message when they have mixed products in the cart, e.g., in-stock and backorder products, explaining that in-stock products will be shipped immediately and backorder products when restocked. This also helps to avoid potential confusion. On top of that, you can have a backorder badge on the product so it is immediately apparent that it is a backorder. Support agent Jolo was a great help. We had an initial call to discuss app features, and then after installation, he helped me with the settings. Thank you to Jolo and the developers.
