I love this app and their support is outstanding! I contacted them on a Sunday and heard back within minutes. They were able to resolve my issue very quickly. The tech support rep even took it one step further and thought that our store could be enhanced by making an additional modification that had to be handled by their escalation team. Within 12 hours they made the fix and emailed me to let me know it was complete. Amazing!

We have tried multiple pre-order apps and Timesact has been the best for our high volume needs. This app is the most stable and the support team is very quick to respond to any of your needs. The app is fairly straight forward to use. I would recommend this for your pre-order needs over all other apps so far.

This is a great app. Many settings are available with clear communications to buyers so they understand that the item they are buying is a back order, and the displayed estimated delivery date gives clarity. There is also a pop-up message when they have mixed products in the cart, e.g., in-stock and backorder products, explaining that in-stock products will be shipped immediately and backorder products when restocked. This also helps to avoid potential confusion. On top of that, you can have a backorder badge on the product so it is immediately apparent that it is a backorder. Support agent Jolo was a great help. We had an initial call to discuss app features, and then after installation, he helped me with the settings. Thank you to Jolo and the developers.

Flexible features, great customer service, prompt and quick solutions! Finally found a pre-order and 'coming soon' app that is easy to use with great features, such as providing discount on pre-ordered items and an ETA message for when product ships out. Customer service is really great too, few times I've chatted with them and instant reply. I high recommend this app!

Pricing structure allowed us to start a Pre-Order campaign to see if this type of sales structure would work for aspects of our business. I set up a customer service call and got an additional 10 pre-orders which helps as a new business. I have not tried the In Stock or Back in Stock emails yet, but the Pre-Order functionality was solid.

Setup was straight forward and the free plan works really nice for me to test it out. After setting up I noticed that it didn't work as expected and wrote support. They answered fast and fixed the problem real quick without creating any extra effort on my side besides giving them access to the shop. Total recommendation
