Edited to add: We tried several other preorder apps and all of them just couldn't provide the fast support and customized solutions we really needed. Timesact has been BEEYOND incredible. Super fast responses, very thorough, and has completely heard my every request and has even been able to do some incredible customizations to get our preorder statuses acting AND LOOKING exactly how we want. I can't recommend this app enough. Very worht the money and so easy to set up!
