Only downloaded today but after using about 3 different apps prior this was very easy to set up. I could not however work out one small part so I got onto support & they came back straight away & told me how to sort out! So far so good

The onboarding procedure went incredibly smoothly. The onboarding specialist was very nice and chill and open to any stupid questions we were throwing at him. Since we've just started using the app, we still need some time before we can give some actual feedback about its functions. We will make sure to update our review later!

I just had an absolute pleasure of being in a zoom meeting with Jolo. Jolo did a fantastic job at explaining everything neatly, efficiently and clear. Making sure I was following along and understanding what was happening on his end. Though I knew all of the information due to research, I still found it wonderful how well he quited the features of the app and making sure that was I read about the app was in fact truthful. Great experience from here and a jolly good laugh as well. Cannot wait to try the app.

It works very well, and the support is quick and helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that you can't place pre-orders until the stock reaches zero. It would be more convenient and reduce missed opportunities if the system automatically allowed pre-orders for quantities exceeding the available stock when added to the cart.
