Hands on top class assistance from Maria. I am still learning the app but feel they have my back for any problems.

Unfortunately, the UX is not workable for large numbers of SKUs. When preorder inventory is entered and then sale date needs to change, you either must change every SKU's sale date by hand or you must re-enter the inventory data manually. There is no import function. Other functionality is good and it works with our fulfillment in ways that other apps don't.

Great App so far, simple and efficent, easy to set up! And: great customer support! Fixes things within Minutes!

I was able to set up products for pre-order in minutes. I encountered a few issues but got them VERY quickly resolved via agent chat on Timesact's website. So far i'm really pleased with the functionality and ability to customize pre-order offers.

Really love the functionality of this app as well as the user interface. Very well-designed compared to others I've used in the past. This app has been very helpful for our store. We don't often run pre-orders but when we do the app is effective and cost effective. It integrates well with our Shopify theme too. The set up of a flow takes a bit of getting used to, but once you've used it once, it's straight forward. We had some problems updating one of our plans and the Timesact support was excellent. Responsive, helpful and sorted our issues quickly. They stayed on line for the duration and fixed each issue one by one and clarified all questions about the set up. If you are looking for a pre-order app I highly recommend this one.

The app works perfect for my needs for PRE-Order products. I made few mistakes on setup so reached out to support through there inbuilt chat. Ken from TimesAct spotted my mistakes within a few minutes after checking through the whole setup and resolved the issues. Great support!

Our web developer suggested this app for managing pre-orders when we have things out of stock. We are probably only using a fraction of it's capabilities. Super easy to use, works well and their support team is outstanding if you have any queries.
