I love tiktock because it has good products for a good price and also it helps me mentally if you watch the right videos

I didn't have too many obstacles in setting up the app. As a first time user, it wasn't any more difficult than setting up others apps. The more you delve into the syncing process the easier it gets. I am looking forward to my time on TikTok.

The setup to integrate with TikTok went much smoother than I expected. The approval process took about 2 days.

This was hands down the easiest thing I had to do in my business. Connecting tik tok to my business account. I am yet to do my first add, but I am very excited for the prospect of what tiktok can do for my small business. Food Business - Spent hours trying to sync my products from shopify to tiktok shop but it wont accept them unless I add an ingredients list. Happy to do this but the box available wont allow me to add more than 1 ingredient so tried to get help on this and cant even raise a ticket for support because it just crashes each time. sent 3 emails asking for help had no response awful

I was charged $306.00 for TikTok ads but never made an ad with the app through Shopify. Haven't been able to find anyone to contact to get those fees reversed. I also keep getting rejected when I submit my business paperwork.

So far it seems pretty easy to setup especially compared to a Etsy shop. Haven’t actually had anything live on til tok yet so we will see. Looking forward to it.

This was by far the worst and most difficult and frustrating app to integrate. It took a week until I was even able to set up an ad campaign because they were denying my payments. I went through multiple back & forths with the support rep and he would tell me the issue was with my MULTIPLE banks until finally taking accountability to resolve the issue on their end. After finally resolving the payment issues for ads, I still can't sell anything via TikTok. Two weeks after the app being installed, my TikTok/Shopify integrated shop is still under "pending review" and there is no direction from the app telling me what needs to be done next. I also contacted support several times for this issue and they didn't even read my request. Don't be fooled by the fake AI-generated 5-star reviews.
