Difficult to sign up with TikTok Shop as a business as one requirement is a passport. The Chat with us feature is worthless as one just gets the run around and no solid answers. Started a ticket but then email received saying they did not understand what I needed and yet I was very clear with photo and description so just a waste of time trying to get this to work. Also saw limit of $40 shipping cost I could charge and I want to know what shipping company would ship a 49 lb. box 19"w x 19L x 13"h, $800 value, Adult Signature required at time of delivery for $40 from MN to LA If there is a shipping company who could do it for that, please let me know as our discounted rate was much more than that.

All of a sudden my TikTok Shop orders are not syncing to Shopify. One order that was refunded is still showing this message 'We couldn't create this order on Shopify. To resolve this issue, open a ticket with TikTok Shop Support.' This app needs a major update especially on the Shopify mobile app.

Pulled up Google and searched how to connect, between Google and Shopify/TikTok I walked through the process with ease so far!

The setup of TikTok business was actually pretty simple. One part was a little confusing but nothing too bad though

At least, I installed the app and connected both platforms in a matter on minutes. FB is still not allowing me to sync my shop. So, TikTok wins, as always!

It was a pleasant experience the first time I tried adding TikTok to my Shopify store. Everything looked strange at first, but time is the ultimate teacher. I am eager and learning.

It took me awhile to set up TikTok business account with a few extra steps but once I did it was simple.

this was a good experience and actually got approved to post my business with them. I am now looking to build up my clientele more on the daily. Lets get to work and make business.
