I'm just getting started with Swym, but so far they have absolutely top notch customer service!!! I was having trouble getting something installed properly, so I contacted them, and immediately an agent helped me get everything set up. I am very happy with Swym Wishlist Plus.

I've been using this Wishlist app on my website, and it's been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store. The app works well and does exactly what I need it to do, with options to upgrade in the future too. What really stood out to me, though, was the fantastic level of customer support. I wanted to make some tweaks so that the app seamlessly integrated with my site. The support team went above and beyond to assist me, customising icons and sorting mobile views. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend.

Josiah provided excellent service to help us onboard with Wishlist Plus. We are switching from other Wishlist app to Wishlist Plus. We had a few years of legacy Wishlist that need import, and the team did an excellent job. We had some issues with the Wishlist and some customising is required. They provided professional and efficient service all the way. The app is exactly what we need as well! Highly recommended!

The customer support of Wishlist is 1000/10. Super kind and skilfulpeople, that made some custom css adjustments to the wishlist heart to make sure their app aligns with our brand aesthetic. I would absolutely recommend this app! And a special thanks to Dash, he is super kind, skilled and helpful!

Outstanding Support from Wishlist! I recently needed some coding changes to make Wishlist work seamlessly on our site for specific products, including moving the icon to the header and displaying the number of items available. Prasad was amazing—he made it all happen quickly, easily, and without any fuss. The support was efficient, professional, and hassle-free. I just downloaded to try it out. I wanted to move the heart button, edit the text, modify placement, and change things on mobile app. Matthew helped me and was phenomenal with his support. Based off of support alone I give this 5 stars. Functionality is incredibly easy. Great app definitely reccomend.

Great app for letting your customers wishlist their fave items. Combine it with your ESP (klayivo, sendlane, etc.) and you can send notifs for price drops, low stock items, etc. Special shoutout to Eshan from the customer support team for working on an issue I had and solving it for me!

It's really great app, plus the customer services is amazing, I was having some issues with the app setup and Dash from the team helped me within 24 hours, it's very nice and I highly recommended!

Great idea, many functions. App doesn't bring so many sales as it can: there are issues with translation, sometimes app admin pages response error 500. support answers fast, but works only 8/5 - not enough while boarding. Price is to high, but now it has a deal, because of it we still trying to implement.
